У зв’язку з підвищенням ціни на молоко пастеризоване (жирністю не менше 3,2%) на ринку, керуючись п.2 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII, сторони дійшли згоди щодо внесення змін до Договору поставки № 4 від 08.08.2018 року, а саме: 1. Змінити ціну за одиницю товару та зменшити обсяги постачання на 1 541 л, внаслідок чого викласти Специфікацію до договору в новій редакції, яка додається до даної додаткової угоди і є її невід’ємною частиною (Додаток № 1). 2. Зменшити суму договору на 13,79 грн. та викласти п. 3.1. Договору в новій редакції: «3.1. Сума цього Договору становить 291 636,21 грн. (двісті дев’яносто одна тисяча шістсот тридцять шість грн. 21 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ.
