Change of price per unit of goods by no more than 10% in case of price fluctuation of such goods on the market, provided that such change does not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract

Extension of the contract term and fulfillment of obligations for transfer of goods, performance of works, provision of services in case of occurrence of documented objectively justified circumstances that caused such extension, including force majeure, delay in financing of customer's expenses, provided that such changes will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Agreed price change downwards (without changing the quantity (volume) and quality of goods, works and services)
Change of price due to changes in tax rates and fees in proportion to changes in such rates
Change of the consumer price index established by state statistics bodies in accordance with legislation, change of foreign currency exchange rate, change of exchange quotations or Platts indicators, regulated prices (tariffs) and norms applied in the procurement contract, in case of establishing the procedure for changing the price in the procurement contract
Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order
