Note:
1. У зв’язку із виникненням об’єктивних обставин, що унеможливлюють виконання зобов’язань щодо поставки товару в строки передбачені договором, враховуючи приписи ч. 4 п. 5 статті 41 Закону України від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами), Сторони домовились: 1.1. Пункт 5.1 Договору № 23/11/2021 викласти в такій редакції: «5.1 Термін поставки Товару – не пізніше 07.12.2021 року.». 1.2. Додаток 1 викласти у новій редакції (додається).

1. Сторони дійшли згоди цією Угодою достроково розірвати дію Договору від 23.11.2021 р. № 23/11/2021/ 2. Сторони підтверджують, що станом на день укладення цієї Додаткової угоди Постачальник поставив, а Замовник прийняв товар згідно Специфікації, яка додається до цієї Додаткової угоди, який оплачений Замовником своєчасно та в повному обсязі на загальну суму 81378,00 грн. (вісімдесят одна тисяча триста сімдесят вісім грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ у тому числі ПДВ (20 %) – 13563,00 грн. (тринадцять тисяч п’ятсот шістдесят три грн. 00 коп.). 3. З моменту набрання чинності цією Додатковою угодою решта зобов’язань Сторін, що виникли з Договору № 23/11/202 від 23.11.2021 р., припиняються і Сторони не вважають себе пов’язаними будь-якими правами та обов’язками, що виникли із Договору
