В зв’язку з технічною помилкою Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди викласти п.3.6. Договору у новій редакції: «п.3.6. Бюджетні зобов’язання Замовника виникають в межах бюджетних призначень, які складають на дату укладення Договору 419 038 грн. 06 коп. (чотириста дев’ятнадцять тисяч тридцять вісім гривень 06 коп.) у т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 69 839 грн. 68 коп. (шістдесят дев’ять тисяч вісімсот тридцять дев’ять гривень 68 коп.). Зобов’язання за рахунок власних коштів складають - 418 156 грн. 12 коп. (чотириста вісімнадцять тисяч сто п’ятдесят шість гривень 12 копійок), у т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 69 692 грн. 69 коп. (шістдесят дев’ять тисяч шістсот дев’яносто дві гривні 69 копійок).
