1. Відповідно до ч..5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» погодилися продовжити дію Договору про закупівлю за державні кошти від 26 грудня 2017 р. №67-Т/17 (далі - Договір) на строк, до 31_березня2018року достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в 2018 році, в обсязі, що становить 172690 грн. 80 коп( сто сімдесят дві тисячі шістсот дев’яносто гривень 80 коп.) і не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, згідно наданих видатки на цю мету затверджених в установленому порядку.
