В зв'язку з виробничою необхідністю, керуючись пунктами 11.3 та 11.4 Договору та відповідно до пункту 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору без збільшення його суми, у зв'язку з чим внести відповідні зміни до Договору.
У зв'язку з вищевикладеним , на підставі листа від ТОВ НВП "Техносервіспривід" та за згодою Сторін, продовжено термін дії Договору до 31.05.2020р.
Сума Договору після внесення змін складає 414000,00 грн., обсяг товару після внесення змін до Договору - 1 компл.
