керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» уклали Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. З урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, згідно п.3.5 договору № 48 від 08.03.2023 р. Сторони домовилися зменшити обсяг договору на 2029,50 грн. без ПДВ, та внести зміни до п. 3.3 Договору, виклавши його у новій редакції:
«Ціна цього Договору становить 49270,50 грн. (Сорок дев’ять тисяч двісті сімдесят гривень 50 коп.) без ПДВ»
