Відповідно до п. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі № 1/19 від 31.01.2019р., укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, а саме:  на суму 400 532,16 грн (Чотириста тисяч п’ятсот тридцять дві грн. 16 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 66 755,36 грн (Шістдесят шість тисяч сімсот п’ятдесят п’ять грн. 36 коп).
