Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору постачання природного газу №19-220 від 14 січня 2019р. (далі-Договір) про наступне, а саме: до розділу 8 «Форс-мажор» додати пункт 8.4 Виникнення зазначених обставин не є підставою для відмови Споживача для оплати Постачальнику за послуги, які були надані до їх виконання, до розділу 10 «Строк дії договору та інші умови» додати пункт 10.2.1 Постачальник має право розірвати Договір в односторонньому порядку, у разі недосягнення згоди щодо ціни природного газу, згідно ст.627 ЦК України, пункт 10.8. викласти в такій редакції: Документи, пов’язані з укладанням та виконанням цього Договору, передані по факсу мають юридичну силу до обміну оригіналами цих документів. Сторони визнають подані іншою Стороною документи в електронному вигляді.

Відповідно до ст. 651-654 Цивільного кодексу України та враховуючи зміни в Кодексі газотранспортної системи, які вступили з 01.03.2019 року, згідно з розділами ІІ та VI Правил постачання природного газу, затверджених постановою НКРЕКП від 30.09.2015р. №2496 сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору постачання природного газу №19-220 від 14 січня 2019р. до розділу 2 п.2.2, п.2.3, та п.п.2.3.3 п.2.3 та додати п.п.2.2.1 п.2.2, до розділу 3 п.п. 3.2.1, п.п.3.2.2., п.п. 3.2.3, п.3.2 та додати п.3.4, до розділу 7 додати п.7.5.
