Сторони погодились продовжити строк дії Договору про надання телекомунікаційних послуг № 809 від 02 лютого 2021 року керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» на строк достатній для для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку» згідно Договору № 809 від 02.02.2021 та ч. 1 ст. 188 Господарського кодексу України, ч. 1 ст. 652 Цивільного кодексу України.
