Доповнити пункт 2.1. розділу ІІ "Предмет договору" підпунктом 2.1.1.: "2.1.1. Оператор ГРМ надає з 01 січня 2024 року по 31 грудня 2024 року послуги з розподілу природного газу Споживачу(згідно Єдиного закупівельного словника ДК 021:2015 за кодом 65210000-8 "Розподіл газу") в обсязі замовленої потужності 35277.17 куб.м., яка визначена відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 07.10.2019 №2080.
Доповнити пункт 6.2. розділу VI"Порядок розрахунків" підпунктом 6.2.1.: "6.2.1. Тариф на послуги розподілу природного газу, визначений постановою НКРЕКП від 28.06.2023 № 1142, становить 1.99 грн за 1 куб.м. на місяць (без урахування ПДВ), крім того ПДВ(20%) - 0.398 грн. за 1 куб.м. на місяць.
