Відповідно до п.1 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зменшується обсяг закупівлі послуг і сума договору № 2 від 29 січня 2019 року, додаткової угоди № 6 від 14 січня 2020 року на 627,45 грн. відповідно до фактичної потреби.
Сторони погодились внести в Договір № 2 від 29 січня 2019 року (далі – Договір) такі зміни :
Доповнити пункт 3.1. таким абзацом :
«Зменшити суму закупівлі послуг на період проведення процедури закупівлі в 2020 році на суму 627,45 грн. (Шістсот двадцять сім 45 коп.) відповідно до фактичної потреби.»
Всі інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними.
