За спеціальним фондом бюджету бюджетні фінансові зобов’язання за даним Договором приймаються виключно в межах фактичних надходжень до спеціального фонду бюджету (відкритих асигнувань, виділених коштів) та бюджетних асигнувань встановлених кошторисами, відповідно до рішення Рівненської обласної ради від 17.12.2021 року № 424 «Про внесення змін до обласного бюджету Рівненської області на 2021 рік»
