1. Пункт 2.1 Договору викласти в новій редакції:
2.1. Договірна ціна є динамічною та складає: 317 381 190,74 гривень (триста сімнадцять мільйонів триста вісімдесят одна тисяча сто дев’яносто гривень 74 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 20 % – 52 896 865,12 гривень (п’ятдесят два мільйони вісімсот дев’яносто шість тисяч вісімсот шістдесят п’ять гривень 12 коп.), та включає всі витрати Виконавця пов’язані з виконанням умов Договору (Додаток № 1).
Ціна Договору може змінюватися у випадках, визначених статтею 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
2. Пункти 4.1 та 4.2 Договору викласти в новій редакції:
«4.1. Вартість фактично виконаних та оплачених робіт у 2018-2019 роках становить: 277 795 361,95 грн. (двісті сімдесят сім мільйонів сімсот дев’яносто п’ять тисяч триста шістдесят одна гривня 95 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 20% – 46 299 226,99 грн.
4.2. Вартість фактично виконаних робіт у 2020 році становить: 39 585 828,79 грн. (тридцять дев’ять мільйонів п’ятсот вісімдесят п’ять тисяч вісімсот двадцять вісім гривень 79 копійок), у тому числі ПДВ 20 % – 6 597 638,13 грн.».
3. Додаток № 1 до Договору – «Договірна ціна» та додаток № 2 до Договору – «Календарний план виконання робіт» викласти в новій редакції, що додаються та які є невід’ємною частиною цієї Угоди та Договору.
