1. Керуючись п. 5.2., Додатком З Договору від 01.01.2023 р. (з ПДВ) з 01.01.2023, Сторони домовились внести зміни до п. 5 Договору та Додатку 1.

Note:
Керуючись пунктом 5.2 та Додатком З Договору від 01.01.2023 № 848-12-2022 (надалі - Договір), а також частиною 1 статті 651 ЦК України, Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 5.88 грн за 1 кВт*год. (з ПДВ) з 01.08.2023, у зв’язку з чим Сторони домовились внести зміни до пунюл’ 5 Договору та Додатку № 1 до Договору і викласти їх в наступній редакції: 1.1. «5.1. Загатьна ціна (сума) цього Договору становить З 945 336,00 (три мільйони дев’ятсот сорок п'ять тисяч триста тридцять шість грн. 00 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ - 662 653 грн 33 коп. у тому числі:-5.1.3. за рахунок власних коштів Споживача 3 945 336,00 грн. коп., враховуючи ПДВ 657 556.00 грн 00 коп».
