З метою проведення процедури закупівлі природного газу для потреб не побутових споживачів ( для забезпечення потреб промислових споживачів та інших суб’єктів господарювання на 2020 рік, відповідно до ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про Публічні закупівлі», продовжити дію Договору № 41АВ797-114-19 від 14.01.2019 р. на постачання природного газу для потреб не побутових споживачів ( для забезпечення потреб промислових споживачів та інших суб’єктів господарювання до «02» березня 2020 року, що є необхідним для проведення процедури закупівлі в 2020 році, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Договорі № 41АВ797-114-19 від 14.01.2019 р. на постачання природного газу для потреб не побутових споживачів ( для забезпечення потреб промислових споживачів та інших суб’єктів господарювання).
