Зміни, що внесені до істотних умов договору – 1.1. внести зміни в преамбулу Договору в частині, найменування Замовника, а саме замінити словосполучення „Комунальна установа „Миколаївська центральна районна лікарня” Миколаївської районної ради Одеської області” (скорочене найменування КУ „Миколаївська ЦРЛ”) на словосполучення „Комунальне некомерційне підприємство „Миколаївська центральна районна лікарня” Миколаївської районної ради Одеської області” (скорочене найменування КНП „Миколаївська ЦРЛ”); змінити за змістом текстової частини Договору та за змістом всіх додатків до нього найменування КУ „Миколаївська ЦРЛ” на КНП „Миколаївська ЦРЛ” у відповідних відмітках; 1.2.внести зміни до Специфікації, а саме зміни ціни за одиницю товару; 1.3.внести зміни в п.4.2. , а саме термін поставки товару до 15 жовтня 2018 року.
