Note:
1. Сторони домовились викласти в новій редакції:
1.1. п. 5.1 Договору: «Термін (строк) поставки товару – до 15.12.2020 р. Дострокова поставка дозволяється.».
1.2. п. 5.6. Договору «На момент поставки Товар повинен мати оригінал керівництва з експлуатації.».
1.3. п. 10.1. Договору «Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання обома сторонами і діє до 20 грудня 2020 р., або до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань.».
1.4. Додаток №1 «Специфікація» - додається.
1.5. п.3.1. Договору : «Ціна цього Договору становить 79 500,00 грн., крім того ПДВ 20% -
15 900,00 грн., всього 95 400 ,00грн. (дев’яносто п’ять тисяч чотириста грн. 00 коп.).
