Note:
Сторони прийшли до згоди зменшити суму Договору на 0 грн. 52 коп. (Нуль грн, 52 коп.) та внести зміни у Договір. а саме: 1. У підпункті 3 розділу 1 "ціна договору" слова "ціна договору" становить 270 706,25 грн. (Двісті сімдесят тисяч сімсот шість грн., 25 коп.) враховуючи ПДВ", замінити словами "ціна договору становить 270 705,73 грн. (Двісті сімдесят тисяч сімсот п'ять грн. 73 коп.) враховуючи ПДВ". 2. інші умови договору залишаются без змін і сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов'язання. 3. Додаткову угоду складено у двох примірниках, які мають юридичну силу для кожної із сторін. 4. Ця угода вступає в силу з дня підписання і є невід'ємною частиною Договору.а
