Враховуючи попередження синоптиків про погіршення погодних умов , внаслідок впливу активного циклону в Україні очікуються складні погодні умови. Для утримання автомобільних шляхів та споруд Святошинського району в зимовий період застосовуються протиожеледні засоби , а зокрема пісок , технічна сіль , пісчано-соляні розчини. Пісок за Договором вже використали . В специфікації залишився щебень. Проведення нових торгів займе певний час , виникає потреба закупити пісок замість щебеню.
