Change of conditions due to extension of the contract term, sufficient for conducting procurement procedure at the beginning of the next year, in the amount not exceeding 20% of the amount specified in the contract made in the previous year, if expenses for these purposes are approved in the established order
Note:
Опис змін, що внесені до істотних умов договору:
1.1. Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк дії воєнного стану в Україні в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у даному Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році.
1.2. Викласти в новій редакції Розділ 8 «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ», а саме:
«8.1. Послуги з інкасації надаються Виконавцем з моменту укладання договору до 30.04.2023 року включно. Надання банківських послуг проводиться протягом строку дії Договору відповідно до днів та годин здійснення інкасації зазначених в Додатку №1 «Перелік та адреси місць інкасації», який є невід’ємною частиною договору. В частині розрахунків до повного виконання Сторонами зобов’язань по Договору.
8.2. Договір набуває чинності з дати його підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін, у зв’язку з форс-мажорними обставинами (обставини непереборної сили) на підставі введення воєнного стану в Україні, діє до 30 квітня 2023 року включно.
8.3. У випадку продовження дії воєнного стану в Україні, договір автоматично продовжується на аналогічний строк на тих самих умовах. Після припинення або скасування воєнного стану в Україні дія цього Договору може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі Послуг.»
Інші умови договору залишаються без змін.
