При перевірці інформації щодо вказаної закупівлі на електронному майданчику, було виявлено формальну (технічну) помилку в опублікованій сканованій копії Договору № 5 від 05.04.2021 року, а саме – в договорі не вказано дату початку дії договору.
Тому, слід виправити вказану технічну помилку та зазначити, що відповідно до оригіналу підписаного договору № 5 від 05.04.2021 року, у пункті 10.1 розділу Х договору повинна бути вказано строк початку дії договору «01.01.2021 року» і що діє він до 31.12.2021 року.
