Внесення змін до Договору № 2Т від 24 січня 2019 року про закупівлю теплової енегрії в зв'язку з зміною тарифів на теплову енергію затверджену Рішенням виконавчого комітету Гадяцької міської ради №55 від 24.01.2019 року, який становить 1691,48грн за 1 Гкал в т. ч. ПДВ - 281,91 грн. А також зміна тарифу на центрацізоване постачання гарячої води, який становить - 99,59 грн за 1 м.куб. в т. ч. ПДВ - 16,60грн. Внаслідок чого сума Договору зменшується на 308260,23грн. з ПДВ і загальна сума Договору становить 4625772,80 грн. з ПДВ.

Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору №2-Т від 24.01.2019 р. шляхом зменшення обсягів закупівлі на 565,0 Гкал та суми Договору на 955686,20 грн. (дев'ятсот п'ятдесят п'ять тисяч шістсот вісімдесят шість грн. 20 коп) в тому числі ПДВ 159281,03 грн. (сто п'ятдесят дев'ять тисяч двісті вісімдесят одна грн. 03 коп) в зв'язку з чим:
1.1. пункт 1.3 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: "Виконавець надає послуги: "пара, гаряча вода та пов'язана продукція " (постачання теплової енергії) Споживачеві протягом 2019 року в обсязі 2098,0 Гкал"
1.2. пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: "3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 3670086,60 грн. (три мільйони шістсот сімдесят тисяч вісімдесят шість грн. 60 коп) у тому числі ПДВ 611681,10 грн.(шістсот одинадцять тисяч шістсот вісімдесят одна грн., 10 коп), (ціна Договору визначається з урахуванням Закону України " Про податок на додану вартість")
