Сторони на підставі Закону України Про затвердження Указу Президента України «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» від 24.02.2022 року № 2102-ІХ, Закону України Про затвердження Указу Президента України «Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні» № 2738-IX від 16.11.2022, керуючись ст.ст.651, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, ст. 188 Господарського кодексу України, п. 4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», умовами договору вирішили внести зміни до п.10.2 розділу 10 «Термін дії договору та інші умови» Договору та продовжити строк дії договору до 31.12.2022 року.
