Note:
1. Збільшити суму Договору на 9400,00 грн. з ПДВ та пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «3.1. Ціна договору становить 56400,00 (п ’ятдесят шість тисяч чотириста гривень 00 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ: 9400,00 (дев'ять тисяч чотириста гривень 00 коп.) визначено відповідно до умов цінової пропозиції.»
2. Продовжити термін дії договору, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на 2020 рік та пункт 10.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції «Договір про закупівлю набирає чинності з дня його підписання і діє по 31 березня 2020 року.»
