На виконання рішення Хустської районної ради 15-ої сесії 7-го скликання від 30.08.2019 року № 673 «Про створення комунального некомерційного підприємства «Хустська центральна районна лікарня імені Віцинського Остапа Петровича» Хустської районної ради Закарпатської області» 10 вересня 2019 року в установленому законом порядку проведено державну реєстрацію комунального некомерційного підприємства «Хустська центральна районна лікарня імені Віцинського Остапа Петровича» Хустської районної ради (КНП «Хустська ЦРЛ ім. Віцинського О.П.», код ЄДРПОУ 43221703), яке згідно з цим рішенням є правонаступником усіх прав та обов’язків Хустської районної лікарні та Хустської районної поліклініки, реорганізованих шляхом злиття в комунальне некомерційне підприємство «Хустська центральна районна лікарня імені Віцинського Остапа Петровича» Хустської районної ради.
У зв’язку з цим Сторони домовились замінити сторону «Хустська районна лікарня» на нову сторону «Комунальне некомерційне підприємство «Хустська центральна районна лікарня імені Віцинського Остапа Петровича» Хустської районної ради» та укласти цю Додаткову угоду
