Керуючись положеннями Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», п.2 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922-VІІІ від 25.12.2015 р., п.13.2.2. Договору, у зв’язку із збільшенням ціни за одиницю товару внаслідок коливання ціни електричної енергії на ринку «на добу наперед» (РДН), що підтверджується Ціновою довідкою виданою Харківською торгово-промисловою палатою від 03.10.2022р. № 724/22, Сторони дійшли спільної згоди змінити ціну за електричну енергію за 1 кВт*год з урахуванням зміни тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії.
