Керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", довідки Рівненської торгово-промислової палати від 01.08.2019 року за №289, підпунктом 2 пункту 1.5 Договору про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти №46 від 18.06.2019 року Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10% у зв'язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення суми цього Договору ,,
