У зв’язку з прийняттям Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 30 травня 2023 р. № 544 «Про внесення змін до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 5 червня 2019 р. № 483» та зміною з 1 червня 2023 р. нових фіксованих цін на електричну енергію для індивідуальних та колективних побутових споживачів, а саме з 01.06.2023 тариф за спожиту електричну енергію для потреб побутових споживачів становить 2,64 грн/кВт*год (з ПДВ), керуючись ч.2 п.19 «Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» затверджені постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022р. №1178 (в редакції постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.05.2023р. №471), п.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України та умовами Договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг №420015375 від 04.01.2023р. (далі – Договір), Сторони домовились викласти п.1 у додатку №5 «Обсяг закупівлі електричної енергії та очікуваної його вартості» в новій редакції
