Викласти абз. 1 п.1.1 розділу 1 Договору у новій редакції:
«Учасник постачає електричну енергію (код за ДК 09310000-5-електрична енергія (електрична енергія), як різновид товару для забезпечення потреб Замовника, а Замовник оплачує Учаснику вартість використаної (купленої) електричної енергії та здійснює інші платежі згідно з умовами Договору постачання електричної енергії споживачу № 53356 від 01.01.2019 р. (далі по тексту – Договір про постачання електричної енергії споживача».
Викласти п.3.1 розділу ІІІ Договору у новій редакції:
П 3.1. Ціна договору згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування становить 1242712,66 грн. (один мільйон двісті сорок дві тисячі сімсот дванадцять гривень 66 коп.) з ПДВ.
Викласти п. 5.1 розділу V Договору у новій редакції:
П. 5.1. Строк (термін) постачання електричної енергії: до 31.12.2019 року.
Викласти п.5.2 розділу V Договору у новій редакції:
П.5.2. Місце поставки товару: 62300, Україна, Харківська область, м. Дергачі та Дергачівський район, об'єкти підпорядковані КЗОЗ РТМО "Дергачівська ЦРЛ" згідно заяви-приєднання.
