Сторони керуючись п.4 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922-VIII від 25 грудня 2015 року (в редакції Закону № 114-IX від 19.09.2019) та п. 8.7 розділу 8 Договору № Г-1/203 від «23» листопада 2020 року ( надалі Договір) прийшли до згоди внести зміни до п. 4.2. Договору та викласти його наступній редакції: «4.2. Строк поставки товару: до 04 грудня 2020 року.». Інші умови Договору залишаються незміненими.
