У зв’язку з продовженням виконання робіт на 2021 рік та продовженням дії договору до 31.12.2021 року, Сторони домовились внести зміни до Договору № 719 від 07.12.2020 року на закупівлю робіт по об’єкту «Капітальний ремонт покриття пішохідної доріжки по вул. Київська, 35 в с. Словечне Овруцького району Житомирської області», а саме абзац перший підпункту 3.1 пункту 3 «Сума, що визначена у договорі» викласти в наступній редакції: «3.1. Договірна ціна (ціна Договору) є динамічною та визначається на підставі Додатку № 1, що є невід’ємною частиною Договору (Договірна ціна), враховує всі можливі податки, збори та інші обов’язкові платежі і становить 371700,00 (Триста сімдесят одна тисяча сімсот грн.. 00 коп.) гривень з ПДВ, з яких 371700,00 (Триста сімдесят одна тисяча сімсот грн.. 00 коп.) гривень за рахунок коштів місцевого бюджету., у тому числі: - на 2020 рік 0,00 гривень (нуль грн.. 00 коп.); - на 2021 рік 371700,00 гривень (триста сімдесят одна тисяча сімсот грн.. 00 коп.).
