Під час заключення Договору сторони зробилу суто технічну помилку в кількісних показниках постачання електричної енергії Споживачу, тому дійшли згоди згідно з Статтею 36 п.4 п.п.1 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» зменшити обсяги закупівлі, з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Споживача, та викласти наступні розділи Договору в наступній редакції:
- Розділ 2 п.2.1 Договору : Кількість електричної енергії на 2020 рік визначено в обсязі 91600 кВт*год відповідно до Додатку 2 «Обсяги очікуваного споживання електричної енергії Споживачу» , який також викласти в новій редакції;
- Розділ 5 п.5.1. Договору : Ціна цього договору на 2020 рік становить - 221985,27 (Двісті двадцять одна тисяча девятсот вісімдесят пять гривень 27 коп) в тому числі ПДВ – 36997,55 (Тридцять шість тисяч девятсот девяносто сім гривень 55 коп).
