4. Інші умови Договору, що не врегульовані даною додатковою угодою, залишаються незмінними.
5. Ця додаткова угода являється невід`ємною частиною Договору.
6. Ця додаткова угода набуває чинності з моменту її підписання обома сторонами і діє впродовж терміну дії Договору.
