На підставі пункту 1 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі " 25.12.2015 №922-VIII (із змінами )та п.11.2 розділу 11 "ІНШІ УМОВИ",договору про закупівлю ,сторони домовилися зменшити загальну суму договору на 41850 грн(сорок одна тисяча вісімсот п'ятдесять гривень 00 коп.)та викласти пункт 3.1.в наступній редакції:"Загальна сума цього Договору становить 63550,00 грн.(шістдесят три тисячі п' ятсот пятдесят гривень 00 коп.)без ПДВ.
2.Додаток №1 до Договору про закупівлю №20 від 20.07.2021 року(специфікацію )змінити та викласти в новій редакції.
3.Внести зміни до п.5.1 Договору про закупівлю :
Строк (термін)поставки (передачі)товару:до 15 жовтня 2021 року.
Інші пункти договору залишаються без змін.
