У Звіті та додатку № 1 до договору сума вказана правильно.

Замовник та Учасник, відповідно до проведеного аналізу виконання договору відповідно п. 1.4.1 Розділу 1 Договору № 5 від 21.01.2019 року - (Вугілля кам’яне ДГ (13-100), Г (0-100) або еквівалент)домовились про зменшення обсягів закупівлі на суму - 14 080,00 грн. (чотирнадцять тисяч вісімдесят грн.,00 коп.) (протокол від 26.11.2019 р.).
Сума виконаних зобов’язань на момент укладання даної додаткової угоди – 909 920 грн. (кількість товару, що був поставлений Замовнику на моменту укладання даної додаткової угоди –
Вугілля кам’яне марки Г 0-100 - 20 т. – 60 000 грн., Вугілля кам’яне марки ДГ13-100 – 265,6 т. – 849 920 грн.)
Пункт 3.1 Договору викласти в такій редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 909 920,00 (дев’ятсот дев’ять тисяч дев’ятсот двадцять грн.) 00 коп
Ціни на товар встановлюються в національній валюті України.»

Сторони домовились: Про продовження строку дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
