Note:
1. Збільшити суму Договору на 1980,00 грн. виклавши п. 3.1. розділу 3 "Ціна договору" в новій редакції: "Ціна цього Договору орієнтовно становить 3300,00 грн. без ПДВ. 2. Продовжити термін дії Договору та пункт 10.1 розділу 10 "Строк дії Договору" викласти в наступній редакції: "Цей договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання кожною Стороною та скріплення печаткою сторін та діє до 31.12.2017р."
