1. Викласти пункт 2.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
"2.1. Постачальник передає Споживачу на умовах цього Договору замовлений Споживачем обсяг (об’єм) природного газу у період з сiчня 2025 року по 31 березня 2025 року (включно), в кількості 9,08977 тис. куб. метрів (дев'ять тисяч вісімдесят дев'ять,77 куб. метрів), в тому числі по місяцях (далі також – розрахункові періоди) (тис.куб.м.):

"4.3. Загальна вартість цього Договору становить – 129 170,14 грн, крім того ПДВ – 25 834,03 грн, разом з ПДВ – 155 004,17 грн. (сто п'ятдесят п'ять тисяч чотири грн 17 коп.)."
