Керуючись п.1 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та пунктом 12.3 договору сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі (враховуючи фактичне споживання риби за 2020р). В зв'язку з чим сума договору зменшиться на 85184,66 грн і становитиме 27815,34 грн з ПДВ. Обсяг закупівлі зменшиться на 1470 кг і становитиме 480 кг.
