Note:
Сторони домовились визнати Додаткову угоду №1 від 01.06.2020р. до Договору №7 від 25.05.2020р. як таку, що втратила чинність. Сторони вирішили внести зміни до розділу 3 Договору " Умови прийому-передачі та поставки товару", а саме пункт 3.4 та пункт 3.11 викласти в новій редакції , а також до розділу 4 Договору "Вартість і порядок розрахунків", а саме пункт 4.3. викласти в новій редакції. Розділ 10 Договору "Термін дії договору" викласти в новій редакції.
