Відповідно до п. 1 ч. 4 ст. ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», п. 12.1 Договору № 19/09/303 Реконструкція самопливного каналізаційного колектора по вул. Карла Маркса до каналізаційної насосної станції № 2 у м. Лозова Харківської області (коригування) від 22.09.2017 року (далі – Договір) підрядник і замовник дійшли згоди у розділі внести до Договору наступні зміни:
1.1. Абзац 4 пункту 2.1 Договору виключити.
1.2. У пункті 2.2 Договору слова та цифри «до 25 грудня 2019 року» змінити словами та цифрами «до 25 грудня 2018 року»
1.3. Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти у наступній редакції: «Сума договору визначена на основі Договірної ціни № 1, яка є додатком 1 до Договору та становить 9 139 534,20 грн.
Згідно з календарним планом виконання робіт, у 2017 році зобов’язання за Договором мають бути виконані відповідно до Договірної ціни № 2, яка є додатком 3 до Договору на загальну суму 3 695 290, 31 грн.
У 2018 році зобов’язання за Договором мають бути виконані відповідно до Договірної ціни № 3, яка є додатком 4 до Договору на загальну суму 5 444 243,89 грн.
