ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ «ДОНЕЦЬКІ ЕНЕРГЕТИЧНІ ПОСЛУГИ», яке діє на підставі ліцензії з постачання електричної енергії споживачу виданої згідно постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 14.06.2018 року No 429 (надалі — Постачальник), в особі директора Северина Олександра Валерійовича, що діє на підставі Статуту, з одного боку, та Святогірська міська рада, в особі міського голови Бандури Володимира Володимировича, що діє на підставі Закону України «Про місцеве самоврядування в Україні», з другого боку, (надалі — разом Сторони, а кожна окремо Сторона), керуючись вимогами Цивільного кодексу України, Господарського кодексу України, Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії, затверджених постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 14 березня 2018 року No 312, а також пунктом 2 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», уклали цю додаткову угоду до договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу No2229 від 17.05.2021р.
