Відповідно до п. 4 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» у зв’язку з масштабною хакерською атакою на сервер Державного підприємства «Науково-дослідний і проектний інститут містобудування» та частковою втратою інформації по проекту, на підставі п. 7.1 Договору, Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо надання послуг у зв’яку з виникненням об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, при цьому таке продовження строку не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі

Відповідно до п. 4 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» у зв’яку з виникненням об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, а саме, що умовами Договору не було передбачено термін узгодження проектної документації, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.05.2012 № 513 та статті 186 Земельного кодексу України, при цьому таке продовження строку не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі

Відповідно до п. 4 ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» у зв’яку з виникненням об’єктивних обставин, що спричинили таке продовження, а саме, з продовженням терміну узгодження проектної документації, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 23.05.2012 № 513 та статті 186 Земельного кодексу України, при цьому таке продовження строку не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі, Сторони домовились внести зміни, а саме продовжити строк діїї договору до 30 червня 2018 року.
