відповідно до ст. ст. 651, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України , пп.4 п.19 Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12 жовтня 2022 року №1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування», враховуючи п.5.5.3-5.5.4 Розділу 5 «Виконання робіт» Договору №137Т/25 від 07 жовтня року 2025 р (надалі іменується «Договір») та враховуючи лист-звернення Підрядника від 01 грудня №2/12/25 Сторони домовились внести зміни до п 1.5 Розділ 1 Договору, а саме продожвити строк виконання робіт.
