1. Відповідно до п. 5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та керуючись п.9.2 Договору про закупівлю товарів № П 10/18 від 12.03.2018 року Сторони домовились внести зміни в п 9.1. договору та подовжити термін дії договору до 28.02.2019 року і передбачити вартість договору на оплату Товару у 2019 році у сумі 416 000,00 грн. (чотириста шістнадцять тисяч грн. 00 коп.), у тому числі: ПДВ 69 333,33 грн., що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми договору № П10/18 від 12 березня 2018 року.
