Строк дії договору та інші умови» та умов Додатку №2 «Комерційна пропозиція ПВЦ – Індивідуальна комерційна пропозиція» до Договору, у звя’язку із зміною тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії, що з 01 січня 2022 року встановлено на рівні 345,64 грн/МВт*год (без урахування ПДВ) відповідно до Постанови НКРЕКП від 01.12.2021 р. № 2454 « Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» на 2022 рік», що є складовою ціни за одиницю товару за Договором. Ціна за 1 кВт*год становить – 3.857964 грн., в. т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 0,642994 грн.

- за рахунок коштів від господарської діяльності складає 214 359,00 гривень (двісті чотирнадцять тисяч триста п’ятдесят дев’ять гривень 00 копійок), в тому числі ПДВ 20% - 35 726,50 гривень.
Викласти п. 2.6 Розділу 2 Предмет договору у наступній редакції:
«2.6. Очікуваний загальний обсяг споживання електричної енергії складає 843 209 кВт*год., у тому числі на 2022 рік в обсязі 108 865 кВт*год.».
Викласти п. 5.1. Розділу 5 «5. Ціна, порядок обліку та оплати електричної енергії» в наступній редакції:
