Після публікації Договору з’ясовано, що при заповненні електронних полів Системи на етапі оголошення закупівлі було допущено технічну помилку, а саме - під час оприлюднення в електронній системі закупівель змін до річного плану закупівель державного підприємства «Медичні закупівлі України» на 2022 рік (ідентифікатор плану закупівлі: UA-P-2022-07-11-000374-b) було допущено технічну помилку в частині зазначення коду економічної класифікації видатків бюджету. Вирішено виправити цю помилку шляхом застосування у Системі функціоналу публікації додаткових угод та завантаженням протоколу про технічну помилку та вважати вірним код економічної класифікації видатків бюджету: 3210. Дана причина внесення змін (покращення якості предмета закупівлі) обрана через відсутність в Системі іншого варіанту, відповідного до цієї події.

З урахуванням п. 3.4.1 Договору, наданого Постачальником вмотивованого звернення проводиться попередня оплата на загальну суму 26 200 000,00 грн без ПДВна підставі оригіналу рахунку-фактури.
Примітка: закупівля здійснювалась відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 28 лютого 2022 р. № 169 у редакції, чинній на момент укладання договору про закупівлю. Підстава "покращення якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю" обрана у зв'язку із відсутністю в електронній системі підстави, яка відповідала б предмету додаткової угоди.
