Сторони дійшли домовленості пункт 10.1 Договору від 20.02.2018р. №20-З/18 викласти в новій редакції: 10.1 Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати укладання і діє до 31.03.2019р., але в будь якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов`язань.

На підставі п. 10.2 Договору від 20.02.2018р. №20-З/18, згідно ч.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку, тому Сторони домовилися про наступне: вартість послуг щодо благоустрою території з 01.01.2019р. по 31.03.2019р. складає 226979,40 грн., у тому числі ПДВ 20%
