У відповідності до п.2 ч.5 стю 41 розділу VIII Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" (зі змінами) та пункту 13.6 розділу 13 "Строк дії Договору та шнші умови", Сторони дійшли згоди:
1. Пункт 2.2. розділу 2 "Предмет договору" викласти в новій редакції:
"Загальна кількість товару ДК 021: код 09310000-5 - Електрична енергія (Електрична енергія) становить 2068749 кВт*год.)
2. Пункт 2.3. розділу 2 "Предмет договору" викласти в новій редакції:
"Сума договору становить 9 293 848,07 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ - 1 548 974,68 грн."
3. Пункт 2.4. розділу 2 "Предмет договору" викласти в новій редакції:
"Вартість 1 кВт*год на момент укладення Договору становить 4,11982, грн. без ПДВ".
