Керуючись частиною п'ятою статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" ( в редакції Закону від 01.12.2019 № 300 ІХ), пунктом 6 розділу Х "Прикінцеві та перехідні положення" Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" 9 в редакції Закону № 114-ІХ від 19.09.2019 р.), Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, а саме до 31 березня 2021 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі.

Під час звітування про виконання договору про закупівлю було виявлено технічну помилку, допущену при внесенні інформації про зміни до закупівлі, а саме: не змінено суму та строк дії договору про закупівлю у зв'язку з підписанням Сторонами додаткових угод про продовження строку дії договору на наступний рік та збільшення суми договору на суму, що не перевищує 20 відсотків початкової суми договору, керуючись частиною п'ятою статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 року зі змінами у зв'язку із продовженням дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року.
